OREO RECIPE BALLS

The oreo balls are a spectacular dessert made with this famous biscuit, crushed and mixed with Philadelphia cheese and finally bathed in white or black chocolate. They are very easy to make and without a doubt, they will not fail if you prepare them. And without all this you still do not have it, they are made with very few ingredients !! INGREDIENTS FOR ABOUT 25 OREO BALLS:

• About 32 Oreo cookies (300g)
• 300g cream cheese, philadelphia type
• 400g of white chocolate, black, with milk ... Your choice

HOW TO MAKE THE RECIPE OF OREO BALLS:

1.- Crush the cookies, with the cream included. With your hands, we break them a bit and put them in a chopper, blender, food processor or the instrument you have at home to crush food.

2.- Crush until there is a kind of fine grit

3.- Put the cookie in a large bowl and add the cheese type philadelphia. Mix well both ingredients with a spoon or fork

4.- We make small balls with the dough. Of a spoonful of size more or less. That they are not too big because like later you have to bathe them in chocolate, they will grow a little more

5.- As we finish the balls, we are placing them on a tray, with baking paper or vegetable paper, so that the balls do not stick

6.- Once all the balls are formed, we put the tray along with the balls of oreo to the freezer and leave it there for about an hour

7.- After the time, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, or in the microwave and bathe well the oreo balls, one by one. Do this step quickly because otherwise the balls will melt in the hot chocolate

8.- Once each ball is bathed, we return it to the oven paper. And once we're done with all of them, we put them in the fridge for about 3 more hours, before we can eat

We will have as a result crispy oreo balls on the outside, due to the chocolate and very spongy and tasty inside. You have to prepare them!
