INGREDIENTS FOR A HAKE IN THE OVEN WITH VEGETABLES FOR 2 PEOPLE:

  • 1/2 medium hake
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 green pepper and 1 red
  • 1 onion
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

RECIPE FROM HAKE TO OVEN WITH VEGETABLES

1.- Cut the vegetables. Potato and tomato, sliced ​​about a cm thick and pepper and onion in thin strips

2.- We fried the hardest vegetables (the potato). It is not about frying until they are fully cooked. Half will suffice. So, fry the potatoes in plenty of oil for about 5 minutes. You can also cook them in water but in my opinion, fries are richer

3.- At the bottom of a baking tray, place all the vegetables. Salpimentamos and on top of the vegetable we place the hake. After we wet everything well with 1 glass of water and salpimentamos hake. We finished wetting everything with a splash of olive oil.

4.- We put in the oven previously heated to 200ºC. We let cook 20 minutes. No more since the hake is cooked very quickly and if we spend time, it will dry up excessively.
