LAMB ASSORTMENT IN SAUCE
The lamb's Assortment are the viscera of the same. Usually the liver, heart and lung. Here we are going to prepare a lamb Assortment in sauce made with tomato and vegetables. This is a typical Castilian dish although it has spread throughout the peninsula. To make it we only need a handful of ingredients and as a result we will have a delicious stew with a high protein content.
INGREDIENTS to make a Lamb Assortment in Sauce for 4 people:
- 1kg of lamb Assortment
- 1 onion
- 1 red pepper
- 200g of crushed tomato
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
RECIPE OF THE Lamb Assortment in Sauce:
1.- Peel and chop the onion and pepper. In a wide pan, add a little oil and heat over a low heat
2.- We add the vegetable. We pepper and let cook for about 10 minutes
3.- After the time, we raise the power of the fire and add the asadurilla. Cook until you have caught some color on the outside. 3 minutes
4.- Once this is done, add the tomato and mix well with the rest of the vegetables. Let it cook another 5 minutes
It's that easy to have your lamb mutton sauce. A recipe that, perhaps not the most popular among the smallest of the house but it will be among the more adult public.
