WHITE ASPARAGUS CREAM
Today we are going to prepare a cream of white asparagus. And we are going to do it without complications. A delicious cream, very nutritious and healthy made with very few ingredients, and without complications. As a result, we will obtain a delicious cream of white asparagus, which has nothing to envy to other more elaborate ones.
INGREDIENTS TO MAKE A CREAM OF WHITE ASPARAGUS FOR 4 PEOPLE:
- 20 canned asparagus
- 1 potato
- 1 onion
- 50g butter or grated cheese
- 1l of water
- 1/2 liter of milk
- A splash of olive oil
- A piece of bread
RECIPE OF THE CREAM OF WHITE SPARKS
1.- We cook the whole potato and the peeled onion in abundant water. We cover water completely and cook it for about 25 minutes. You will know that it is cooked because after time, you can stick a knife to the potato and if it enters and leaves without any difficulty, it is cooked.
2.- Peel and chop the potato and put it in an American blender, blender or the instrument you have at home to crush food. We also add the chopped onion and the asparagus. Add a good amount of water that will help the smoothie and crush everything well. Until there are no lumps
3.- We put all this mixture back in a pan. If you think it is very dense, add milk until it reaches the desired texture. A trick to not be too liquefied, is not to pour too much water in the previous step. Only enough for the verdure to crush well. Add a good pinch of salt and pepper and butter or grated cheese, which will give the final touch. Finally we heat
4.- To serve, put the cream of white asparagus in a bowl. On top we place a few cubes of bread, which we will have previously toasted to the griddle and a drizzle of olive oil.
Ready to serve! A cream of white asparagus that is prepared in a matter of just over 30 minutes and that is delicious!
